​Rules of Procedure

The respect of the Internal Rules of the Properties present on this site of temporary furnished renting is obligatory within the framework of the General Conditions of Rent and Reservation. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, such as deductions from the security deposit.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

All Hosts (and Visitors) must comply with the By-Laws and any other instructions provided by the Property Manager during their stay; and Guests must inform the Manager of any incident or complaint from the neighborhood as soon as possible.

2. NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD

The Hosts are fully and in all circumstances responsible for the safety of their children as well as any disturbance caused to the neighborhood; Hosts and Visitors must make as little noise as possible so as not to disturb residents of neighboring properties, especially during the night from 10pm to 8am, as well as during arrival and departure; Noise nuisance is prohibited at any time and may result in termination of the Rental Agreement, eviction, loss of expenses incurred and deductions on the deposit; Hosts and their prospective Visitors must not adopt any asocial behavior. They are asked to minimize their immediate impact on neighborhood and neighborhood residents

3. VISITORS

Hosts are allowed to invite a maximum of six Visitors at any time during their stay. Guests are required to ensure that the maximum number of Visitors is not exceeded, and that Visitors comply with the By-Laws. Guests wishing to invite Visitors to spend the night in the Seasonal Rental Property must inform the Manager at the time of booking, subject to additional charges specified in the rates.

4. HOLIDAYS AND EVENTS

It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any other type of large gathering in the Seasonal Rental; and All gatherings in small groups must be done in the respect of the other rules stipulated in this regulation, in particular concerning the Noise, the Neighborhood and the number of authorized Visitors.

5. PARKING

Hosts and Visitors must comply with local parking regulations, as well as other conditions listed below, and are encouraged to consider neighbors and other vehicles;

6. WASTE AND SELECTIVE TRIAL

Hosts and their Visitors are required to dispose of their garbage and waste in the garbage cans provided for this purpose and in accordance with the procedure in force at the Seasonal Rental Property (detailed in the notice of the property). In no case should rubbish be left in public areas or common areas; and Garbage and waste to be recycled must be disposed of in the manner specified in the property notice

7. SECURITY

Whenever guests leave their accommodation, they are required to ensure that all windows and doors are closed and / or locked to maintain the security of the dwelling and to prevent potential rain damage. Guests should turn off lights, air conditioning, fans, and electronic devices such as televisions when they are not in use to save energy. It is forbidden to leave the air conditioning on when the Guests are absent from the Seasonal Rental Property.

8. JACUZZI / SWIMMING POOL (IF APPLICABLE)

The jacuzzi / swimming pool can only be used between 08:00 and 22:00.
It is strictly forbidden to drink or eat in or around the jacuzzi / pool.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of € 50 deducted from the deposit.

9. BALCONY / TERRACE (IF APPLICABLE)

Guests must supervise babies and children at all times when using the balcony or terrace. The rules in the property notice apply to the use of the balcony and terrace

10. TOBACCO

Guests are allowed to smoke only in the outdoor areas of the Seasonal Rental Property (balcony, garden, terrace); and The Hosts must properly dispose of their butts in the provided ashtrays and must in no case throw them in the grounds of the Property.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in a deposit of € 100 on the deposit

11. PETS

Pets are not allowed in Helloguest accommodation.
An animal cleaning fee of 50 € will be applied in case of non respect of this rule

12. BARBECUE (IF APPLICABLE)

Guests must supervise the barbecue at all times when using it
The rules in the property notice apply to the use of the barbecue

13. BREAKDOWN AND DAMAGE

Any broken object and any damage caused must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as possible. Non-reporting may result in a deduction from the security deposit. To avoid breakage and damage, the furniture must not be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. Please note that towels must not leave the property.

14. CHECKOUT

Departure must be done before 11am.

16. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

The violation of any rule included in these By-Laws constitutes a violation of the General Conditions of Occupation, in accordance with the Rental Agreement.

The Manager reserves the right to terminate the occupancy permit and expel from the Seasonal Rental Property any Host or Visitor refusing to abide by the By-Laws or causing nuisance disturbing neighbors or other residents of the community.
